New Member FAQ

Is there a fee to be a PhotoWorks Member? No, membership is free. You pay for the service when you order products to be made.

What benefits are there to having a PhotoWorks membership? Once you sign up, you can store an unlimited number of photos in your online account. Storing photos at PhotoWorks.com makes it easy to share your photos, order prints, create a Photo Book or to order any of our other custom photo products.

Are there any obligations to having a PhotoWorks membership? To keep your online account active, we require that you place an order once per year. If your account becomes inactive, your photos will be removed from our storage system.

My friend shared photos with me, do I need to have a PhotoWorks membership to order prints? Yes, our shopping cart design requires that all customers have an account. Having a membership makes it easier for you to obtain order status information if needed.

Where can I find pricing information for your products? We have included pricing information within the product pages for each of our products. For example, from our home page you can click on the "Prints" tab at the top of the page to visit our production information page for prints. This page contains the prices for our most popular print sizes and a link to pricing for other sizes. If you want to order a Photo Book, click on the "Shop" tab, select "Photo Books" from the list of products, then select the type of book you wish to order and you'll see pricing and other product information. Our other product pages follow the same model.
